We are following the guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), and will adjust this policy as PHAC’s guidance changes. We offer our services via the web, including site inspections conducted via video conference. If you have any additional questions regarding our pandemic policy, please contact us.

No. The current situation at the US border makes it very difficult for us to ensure the safety of our consultants and the security of the client information that they may be carrying with them on their mobile devices. Once travel across the border normalizes and random searches of mobile devices become less of a problem, we may resume crossing the border. In the meantime, we can offer our US customers many of the services that we previously provided face-to-face via the internet. This approach can offer considerable savings over face-to-face meetings since no travel costs need to be covered by the client.
