COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the COVID-19 pan­dem­ic, start­ing in Feb­ru­ary 2020, we have stopped all trav­el. We are fol­low­ing the guid­ance from the Pub­lic Health Agency of Cana­da (PHAC) and will adjust this pol­i­cy as PHAC’s guid­ance changes. We offer our ser­vices via the web, includ­ing site inspec­tions con­duct­ed via video con­fer­ence. Please con­tact us if you have any addi­tion­al ques­tions regard­ing our pan­dem­ic policy.

Do you travel to the USA?

No. The ongo­ing COVID-19 pan­dem­ic and the cur­rent sit­u­a­tion at the US bor­der make it very dif­fi­cult to ensure our safe­ty and the secu­ri­ty of the client infor­ma­tion that we may be car­ry­ing with us on their mobile devices. Once trav­el across the bor­der nor­mal­izes and ran­dom search­es of mobile devices become less of a prob­lem, we may resume cross­ing the bor­der. In the mean­time, we can offer our US cus­tomers many of the ser­vices we pre­vi­ous­ly pro­vid­ed face-to-face via the inter­net. This approach can offer con­sid­er­able sav­ings over face-to-face meet­ings since no trav­el costs need to be cov­ered by the client.
