Here are a few answers to the frequently asked questions that are not answered elsewhere on our site. Still not finding the answer? Contact us with your specific question, and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, starting in February 2020, we have stopped all travel. We are following the guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and will adjust this policy as PHAC’s guidance changes. We offer our services via the web, including site inspections conducted via video conference. Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding our pandemic policy.
Do you travel within Canada?
Yes, but see our COVID-19 Pandemic-related travel policy. We are happy to travel to your location in Canada. Before you decide that you need us to come to your site, we should let you know that we can often save you money by consulting with you remotely using various Internet-based tools. We would be happy to talk to you about this!
Do you travel to the USA?
No. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the current situation at the US border make it very difficult to ensure our safety and the security of the client information that we may be carrying with us on their mobile devices. Once travel across the border normalizes and random searches of mobile devices become less of a problem, we may resume crossing the border. In the meantime, we can offer our US customers many of the services we previously provided face-to-face via the internet. This approach can offer considerable savings over face-to-face meetings since no travel costs need to be covered by the client.
Do you travel to Europe?
Yes, but see our COVID-19 Pandemic-related travel policy. We are happy to travel to European countries to assist our customers. Before you decide that you need us to come to your site, we should let you know that we can often save you money by consulting with you remotely using a variety of Internet-based tools that are available. We would be happy to talk to you about this!
Do you travel elsewhere worldwide?
Yes, but see our COVID-19 Pandemic-related travel policy. Some parts of the world we will not travel to include:
— Russia and Russia-aligned states
— The Middle Eastern states
— North African states
